MyTicketTracker - Completely Untrustworthy Distributor
I will NEVER do business with this company again.I purchased two tickets in October 2016 for an event on March 25, 2017.
I was promised a December 14, 2016 delivery. That date came and went, so I called customer service and was vaguely promised delivery closer to the event date. It got to be February, so I called again and was promised delivery on March 18. That date came and went, so I called again (tonight) and was informed THE TICKETS I PURCHASED WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
I was, however, offered two free replacement tickets via overnight delivery. I'm keeping my fingers crossed this actually happens.
Talk about inconvenience, dishonesty, and irresponsibility.NEVER AGAIN.
