They sent me the wrong tickets and I couldn't go to the concert, the people at the event told us that it was very common from my ticket tracker to send the wrong tickets. The customer service people are rude, they have zero manners and I didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenience.

To get the tickets I had to call them until the concert day, they took forever to send the tickets and at the end, sent the wrong ones.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service, horrible company, they shouldn't be on the market. At the end, they say I will receive a refund but is not enough to pay for all the time and money spent to get to the concert.

Reason of review: Poor customer service, Order processing issue, Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Refund for the gas and parking to go to san diego from my home, the ticket refund is not enough, we also spent time traveling over there, looking for a parking lot, etc....
