MyTicketTracker - Horrible experience
I ordered CMA Festival.tickets a year ago for Nashville, along with a parking pass.we did receive our 4 day passes at our hotel like promised , but never our parking pass. I called each day we were in Nashville about the pass and only got a big run around being on hold for 20 to 30 minutes each time.
Meanwhile still having to pay the expensive parking while.on vacation. It took calling this company excessive amount of times to be told i would get a 15 dollar inconvenience refund, but i still had no pass. I asked for a full refund and was told they would.need to check where the pass went. I continued to call after our return home .
Finally a week after we were told we would get a refund minus the already 15 dollars and also not the shipping fee i was charged. Well the majority of the cost is better than none , but i will NEVER use this ticket company again and i suggest investigating a compnay before using them
