MyTicketTracker - Worst customer service
I had tickets to the tom petty concert 8/25/17, it was cancelled according to the email I received after I had driven 3 hours for this event, my cousin flew in, she lives 7 hours away. I called when we checked into our hotel (another expense), I was told that unless the event actually cancels I would not get a refund.
$263, a lot of money for a single lady. I got home late the next day since my cousins flight did not leave until 7:30pm. I called on sunday 8/26/17, spoke with a young lady. She informed me the concert had been postponed to 9/1/17, a holiday weekend.
I explained , again, that I live 3 hours away, I work in a hospital setting & cannot go back to work & ask for more time off, plus I am already committed to housesitting the entire Labor day weekend & could not make it. She said there was nothing she could do. So I said you mean you are keeping my money & I cannot make it to the concert? her comment was that was pretty harsh but yes.
I asked to speak to a manager, she ok but would probably tell me the same thing. I was put on hold for 10min before she back on the line. she informed me that there was nothing that could be done. I said you mean the manager can't even get on the phone to speak to me, she said no it was her supervisor.
I asked for a manger or district manager or regional, she had no clue what I was asking for. I said this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
i told her i wanted to lodge a complaint & wanted an address or something. so she gives me a sight that i cannot even find.
